David received his law degree from William
Mitchell College of Law in 1977. That same year Paige Donnelly
hired him to be the firm's first associate. Since that time
David has successfully represented hundreds of personal injury
clients in many types of cases involving things like: auto
accidents, premises liability claims, dog bite injuries, wrongful
death, work-related injuries, social security disability,
no-fault auto insurance claims, and uninsured motorist claims.
These cases have been handled in state and federal courts,
before state and federal agencies and in arbitration and mediation
forums.
Born and raised in Albert Lea, Minnesota,
David has called the Twin Cities home since 1974. Outside
of the office he is actively involved in church and school
activities with his wife and daughter. An avid reader and
music lover, he also likes to go hiking, walking, skiing,
boating, biking, and traveling. |
