If you believe that a relative has died
because of someone else's negligence you may want to file
a wrongful death claim. In Minnesota payment resulting from
wrongful death claims is defined by what the loss of the deceased
person's income and other financial support will mean to the
survivors.
It is important to establish that the accused
party was primarily responsible for the death of your relative.
In addition to other compensation, you may be entitled to
payment for medical bills incurred prior to your relative's
death and to burial costs.
