Whether they are leashed or roaming freely,
dogs can be dangerous to people. Without warning dogs may
bite or even attack causing, in some cases, permanent harm.
Under Minnesota law the circumstances under which the bite
or attack occurred are not an issue. The dog's owner is generally
liable for any injuries his or her pet inflicts. In many cases
those injuries go beyond immediate physical pain. Some victims
are left with scars that can last a lifetime. Others suffer
from emotional trauma as well. We have handled many such cases
over the years and have acquired the expertise to efficiently
investigate and thoroughly prepare your claim in order to
obtain full and just compensation.
